Our Promise to You

LilyStella Cove is a sanctuary\u2014for your family and for your data. We collect the minimum necessary to operate, we never sell or share your personal information, and we design our systems so children cannot provide data to us even if they tried.

What We Collect

• Email address (required for login)
• Password (encrypted, we never see it)
• Name (optional)
• Child age range (optional, for content recommendations only)
• IP address (security only, deleted after 30 days)

What We Never Collect

• Phone number
• Full address
• Payment card numbers (Stripe handles all payment processing)
• Photos or videos of children
• Behavioral tracking cookies
• Any data directly from children

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

LilyStella Cove is designed exclusively for adults (parents and caregivers 18+). Children cannot create accounts. Our architecture technically prevents any child data collection \u2014 this is not just a policy, it is built into the system.

Content is designed for ages 2\u20137, but parents control access. A child reading a story on a parent's device does not create any data record in our system.

Your Rights

• Download all your personal data (JSON export, anytime)
• Delete your account and all data (within 30 days)
• Update or correct your information
• Opt out of all marketing emails
• Ask us any questions about your data

Third-Party Services

We use only necessary services to operate:

• Stripe \u2014 payment processing (they handle card data, we don't)
• Supabase \u2014 database and authentication hosting
• Resend \u2014 transactional email delivery
• Vercel \u2014 website hosting

None of these services receive your data beyond what is strictly necessary for their function. We do not use advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or data brokers.
