LilyStella Cove is for parents, caregivers, and guardians of children ages 2–7. All accounts are adult-only. Children never create accounts or share data.
COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) restricts data collection from children under 13. LilyStella Cove is designed so children cannot create accounts, submit data, or be tracked. Our architecture makes this technically impossible, not just policy.
Access to our full story library (30+ original stories), activities, the parent reflection journal, monthly themed content, and the parent community forum.
You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. No penalties. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from Account Settings.
Yes. Your reflection journal is visible only to you. We cannot read it, and no staff has access to your personal entries.
We collect only your email, password, and optionally your child's age range for content recommendations. We don't collect phone numbers, full addresses, or any information about your child.
Yes. From Account Settings, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. Deletion is complete within 30 days from our active database, and fully purged from backups within 90 days.
Never. We use only the necessary third-party services to operate (Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting, Resend for email). None of them receive your data beyond what's necessary.
All content is designed for children ages 2–7, with each story and activity labeled by specific age band (2–3, 3–5, or 5–7 years).
